**Accounting Administrator**

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Accounts receivable, including processing sales orders/invoices on a timely manner and monitoring accounts receivable aging.
- Accounts payable, including entering vendor invoices, processing payments and issuing cheques
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Effectively managing your time on a daily basis
- Highly organized, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented team player with proven ability to take initiative and work independently
- Aptitude for accuracy, analysis and problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
