**About the Role**

Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. is seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our Saskatoon Branch. This position plays an important role in processing customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing front line customer service and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process customer payments, cheques, EFTs credit cards, in the ERP system.
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and reconciliation.
- Greet and assist customers and visitors at the from desk.
- Provide general administrative support to management and branch operations.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in date entry and record keeping.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or accounting software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
