We are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** with a focus on successfully navigating and delivering creative, digital and traditional marketing projects. This role can be based in the Kitchener-Waterloo, ON region or remotely.

**You are**:
A project management professional who can successfully navigate and deliver creative, digital and traditional marketing projects. As the Junior PM, you will prioritize, coordinate, and collaborate with other Maykers to meet business needs, resource management, schedules and financials to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment. Reporting to President and COO, Project Sponsors and Client Services and Creative Services Team, you will dive into delivering creative, data, technology solutions and operational/traditional projects (real estate, operational) for internal and external clients.  

**What You'll Do**:

- **People l Team Engagement**: Ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach by motivating, influencing and challenging teams and members to produce great work by partnering with the project sponsor. Coordinate weekly/daily/ quarterly meetings with team to share updates and facilitate a collaborative design and development environment while removing any impediments that may impact the effectiveness of the team and their ability to deliver projects on time. Foster an environment of shared accountability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and value. 
- **Consistent Results**: Support the Project Office (Project Sponsor, Other Project Manager in producing work that supports industry, target company, market mapping and planning, is excellent, on requirement, on time and on budget.
- **Agile Delivery l Triage Work**: Manage schedules and streamline work between all team members and stakeholders. Besides coordinating daily/weekly and quarterly meetings to share updates, challenges and breakthroughs we’ll look to you to remove any impediments that may impact the effectiveness of the team and their ability to deliver projects on time while fostering an environment of shared accountability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and value.
- **Improve**: Use and explore forward looking, next generation technologies and processes. Support project/program communication and process by defining/deploying appropriate project scope (project charters, briefs), objectives, resources and deliverables with tracked deliverables, milestones and adjustments as required. Leverage and build on existing tools and processes. 
- **Gain Alignment and Understanding**: Manage scope, the runway and identify opportunities for greatness along the path towards the goal. This includes translating business requirements into technical outcomes and creative briefs into amazing brand work.
- **Analytics**: Data capture is key for data driven decisions - develop and present reports on project progress. Encourage 100% participation from teams to capture productivity measures, project results (KPIs) and status.
