**Duties**.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel advice and assistance
- Understand clients' travel preferences and requirements to recommend suitable
destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Research and gather information on travel options, including flights, hotels, car rentals,
and travel insurance
- Make reservations and bookings for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation
- Assist clients with travel documentation, such as passports and visas
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry news to provide
relevant recommendations to clients
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking or travel process Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Skills**.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and different types of accommodations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with
clients and suppliers
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Knowledge of different travel destinations, attractions, and activities
