**The Projects team**:
The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team. This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

- Be an industry expert, championing Pontosense’s product and technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Own all aspects of the project by developing project plans, schedules, timelines, resource management, and budget.
- Lead communications on project progress, updates, and risks to clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Strive for continuous improvement, working alongside our technical development team.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You pride yourself on your organizational capabilities, consistently working to present your work in a thoughtful and effective way.

**What you can expect in our process**:
**Step 2**: You’ll meet with Georgia Deacon, the Project Engineering Manager and hiring manager for this role, for a 45-minute Teams interview.

**Step 3**: You’ll meet with Muxin Ma, our COO, for a 60-minute Teams interview.

**Step 4**: You will meet with Alex Qi, our CEO, for a 30-minute Teams interview. If you are local, this interview will be in person at our Waterloo office.
