Business Development Manager (Healthcare & Rehabilitation Services)

**About Us**:
We are a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with a strong focus on evidence-based treatment, excellent outcomes, and integrated care. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and manage referral growth, strategic partnerships, and business outreach.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic referral growth plan targeting physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and maintain regular contact with key referral partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with family physicians, specialists (orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, rheumatologists, etc.), chiropractors, massage therapists, and other allied health professionals.
- Represent the clinic professionally in the community, including at networking events, medical conferences, and educational seminars.
- Work closely with the clinic director and leadership to analyze referral trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and coordinate physician education events, lunch-and-learns, and collaborative care presentations.
- Identify partnership opportunities with employers, insurers, and corporate health programs.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and referral performance metrics.
- Contribute to the clinic’s marketing strategy and promotional initiatives.
- Report regularly on referral growth, revenue impact, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or physician liaison roles.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare and rehabilitation industry.
- Proven track record of successful business development and relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished, and highly organized.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with clinic leadership.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary: $60,000-$75,000/year (depending on experience).
- Performance-based bonuses and commission structure.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel.
