**Key ResponsibilitiesNew Partnership Development**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage new B2B clients through targeted research, professional outreach, and virtual meetings to increase market share.
- **Retailer Acquisition**: Recruit and onboard new retailers by preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing contract documentation.
- **Partnership Development**: Collaborate with aligned brands and influencers to create mutually beneficial marketing and sales initiatives.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor product trends, channel performance, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and reporting.

**Current Client Expansion**
- **Category Growth**: Partner with buyers and category managers at major retailers (e.g., Costco, Best Buy, Bass Pro) to develop and execute category growth strategies.
- **Retail Marketing**: Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store programs and point-of-purchase materials to drive sell-through.
- **eCommerce Strategy**: Support clients’ digital channels by optimizing product listings, managing online promotions, and securing featured placements.
- **Promotional Planning**: Develop promotional calendars, negotiate pricing, and maximize exposure opportunities.
- **Product Listings & Launches**: Audit retailer websites, maintain accurate and engaging product content, and assist with new product introductions.
- **OEM Partnerships**: Work with OEM accessory teams and agencies at brands such as Ford, GM, Honda, and Nissan to develop collaborative marketing programs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnership development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing key accounts.
- Experience working with national retailers and/or OEM partners is an asset.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
