**The Role**

We are searching for a **Customer Coordinator and Inside Sales Rep** at our St. Catharines office. In

In this role, you'll provide support and highly responsive service to our industrial customer base, working closely with our team to manage new and existing relationships.

In this senior-level position, you'll be the go-to person for managing current accounts and assisting with sales processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing ongoing customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Current Customer Account Management**_
- Manage current account needs, such as providing quotes and documentation to our customers around the world.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular check-ins, develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, and provide proactive support.
- Assist with service ticket management and coordinate our sample analysis program.
- **Sales Support and Inside Sales**_
- Assist the sales team with generating quotes and following up on sales leads - generally, helping to manage the sales process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a business or STEM related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or B2B customer service and sales.
- The capacity to think critically, make connections, work through ambiguity and devise strategic approaches.
- Ability to recognize and adapt your communication to your audience.
- High degree of organization and self-discipline.
- Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Suite and CRM systems to maximize your efficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
