**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the front of house area. You will assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Duties**
- Responsibilities will be split between management and serving
- Support the Front of House Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Coordinate reservations and manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance on service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the front of house area to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems or similar software is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
