Billings & Company, is a Restaurant, Cafe and Elevated Bar featuring craft coffee, wine, beer and cocktails with a menu featuring fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients. In addition to normal restaurant operations we feature a retail shop with Craft beer and Wines.

Billings & Co. is open Wednesday to Friday 11am-8pm, Saturdays 10-3pm, Sundays 11-3pm.

In Hiring, we will prioritize personality over skill as we’re a small cohesive team that works closely together. We’re looking for people with a passion for working with and learning about coffee, wine, craft beer and fresh seasonal foods.

At Billings and Company FOH employees are part Barista, part Bartender, part Server and part Retail sales Associate. Duties for Front of House employees will include but are not limited to:

- Prepare drinks, serve and educate guests about great wine, beer, spirits and food in a fun and educational environment.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, beer, wine
- Prepare and serve authentic espresso, coffee and other café drinks
- Learn menu items, including food, wine and coffee and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Provide high-quality, fast-paced service
- Provide guests with exceptional service and product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description
- Sets up stations and replenishes displays neatly
- Operates the Point of Sales (POS) system ensuring accuracy
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and guest service
- Support BOH with prep, dishwashing, restocking
- Works collaboratively with the team

Additionally;
Billings and Company features a retail shop that sells Wine, Craft Beers as well as food items for customers to purchase and take to create a restaurant experience at home. In this role you will assist guests with all steps of their shopping experience including:

- Educating customers about Wines, beer and food items sold at Billings and Company
- Guiding them to products, securing products out of reach, loading heavy items and making suggestions based on their preferences
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly guest service
- Receives and stocks wine, beer and store merchandise, may review invoices
- Rotates, faces and replenishes merchandise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
