As a member of the as a member of the Order Fulfillment Team, reporting to our Logistics and Order Fulfillment Supervisor, you will bring your expertise and experience to support the fulfillment and logistics processes for sales transactions.

We are located on the Langley/Surrey border close to public transit.

**The Responsibilities**:

- **Customer & Order Management**: Serve as the primary customer contact, managing inquiries, processing orders in NetSuite, verifying pricing and inventory, and ensuring order accuracy. Liaise between sales, shipping, and clients to provide updates and maintain smooth order fulfillment.
- **Logistics & Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate shipments with carriers, consolidate small orders, and arrange fleet or third-party transportation with warehouse and shipping teams. Monitor shipments, investigate delays, and manage documentation for US-bound and international deliveries.
- **Inventory, Pricing & Documentation**: Confirm inventory availability, maintain pricing details, and ensure proper documentation, including order records, packing slips, invoices, and customer accounts. Work closely with the accounting team on record-keeping and monthly freight reporting.
- **Technical & Project Collaboration**: Partner with the Sales and Technical teams to align orders with project requirements, reviewing specifications with customers and sales representatives. Support material ordering and scheduling with procurement and production teams.
- **Returns, Credits & Compliance**: Process returns, credits, and corrective actions, obtaining necessary approvals. Manage visitor sign-ins and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other job-related duties and special projects, as assigned.

**What you bring to our team**:

- Grade 12 Diploma.
- Post-secondary certificate, degree, or diploma in business, sales, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, and NetSuite.
- Experience with order entry and database management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Pleasant phone manner and strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders professionally.
- Previous experience in a production-oriented environment and logistics is an asset.

Pay: $58,000.00 per year

- Order fulfillment: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
