**About the Role**:
**Position Details**:

- Full-time, 4 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create an amazing patient experience, consistently going above and beyond.
- Manage multiple tasks with competing timelines.
- Ensure schedules are fully booked and follow up with patients needing appointments.
- Manage new patient calls and the recall system.
- Monitor and run scheduling and patient care reports.
- Oversee patient rewards hub activity.
- Manage and process the letter queue efficiently
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Participate in community events and activities associated with South Surrey Smiles.
- Perform other tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an orthodontic specialty role, with the ability to answer basic orthodontic questions (asset)
- Proficient in Windows Office 11.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system.
- Familiarity with Edge2 dental software is an asset, but not required.
