**Overview**

**Duties**
- Answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in both French and English.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Respond to client questions and complaints.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage client invoices and take payments.
- Assist with file preparation, including gathering and organizing documents.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

**Skills**
- Experience in an office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both French and English.
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities, including managing phone systems.
- Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure clarity and correctness in all documentation.
- Administrative skills that demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
