Looking to hire an Office Administrator
We are looking to hire an experienced Office Administrator for the upcoming tax season.
We have 2 position available for evenings seasonal with over time availability.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00 PM (minimum)
Start date: February 5th
End date: April 30th

The job is fast paced and attention to detail is a must. You are working with other preparers and the job requires the use of being proficient in multi-tasking. We are not only looking for office administrators but potential business partners for our growing company.
**Salary**: You will be paid according to your experience and discussed at interview time.

- Assist with budgeting tasks and monitor office supplies inventory to ensure operational efficiency
- Support bookkeeping activities and ensure accurate financial record keeping
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate schedules to optimize office productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional work environment
**Skills**
- Proven supervising experience with strong team management capabilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems
- Extensive office experience with clerical and administrative responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and vendor management
- Ability to handle human resources functions such as payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage training & development programs effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
