### Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. ## Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Address any issues or concerns raised by guests to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

## Skills:

- Previous experience in a hotel or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of guest service principles and practices in the hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
