**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering questions.
- Support food service operations by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, particularly within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to help guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing excellent guest experiences are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
