**Responsibilities**
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help organize and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and utensils.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties as needed, including food handling and preparation tasks.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
