Join the Nuu-chah-nulth Economic Development Corporation (NEDC), a non-profit Indigenous financial institution dedicated to supporting Indigenous entrepreneurs and First Nations communities through funding, training, and business services. We’re seeking a full-time Office Manager to lead daily office operations, support staff, and work closely with the General Manager to ensure a smooth, client-focused environment. As Office Manager, you will oversee staff, coordinate employee reviews, track vacation and benefits, and manage key administrative functions. You’ll also resolve basic technical issues, maintain office systems, and ensure the effective operation and maintenance of our physical office location.

**Key Qualifications**:
Proven experience managing office teams and operations - Strong background in HR processes and administrative coordination - Highly self-motivated and able to work independently - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges - Passion for delivering exceptional client service - Familiarity with Indigenous communities and values is a strong asset We offer a generous salary and benefits package, a supportive and inclusive work culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Indigenous finance.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
