**Location**: Port Alberni, BC (In-Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Front desk reception and answering phones
- Data input for our listings
- Managing our office real estate conveyancing system
- Posting marketing materials to social media and our websites

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Administrative experience is a must
- Office experience is a must
- Great people and communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong computer skills

**Compensation**:

- $20-$22 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40.0 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
