RESPONSIBILITIES: *
- Office administration
- Sorting and managing couriers and mail
- Stocking supplies
- Bank reconciliations
- Banking administrative tasks such as new account set ups and processing payments
- Sales tax filings
- Liaising with management and external parties to respond to inquiries and complete administrative tasks
- Assist the accounting department management as needed
- Completing other special projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS: *
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and with an eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting, bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of office administration duties
- Good business judgment and the ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize without frequent direction
- Resourceful; able to solve problems and work independently.
- Team player who is willing to take initiative and assist others when the need arises
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel-
