As a Customer Care Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Our company prides itself on maintaining high standards, and we believe that a happy, well-cared-for team is key to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative functions and office organization.
- Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Support the sales team with order processing and management.
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement and tracking.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to understand roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify and Flexiti is a plus.
- Understanding of retail operations and team dynamics.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
