**Alpha Plumbing needs you The primary role is to ensure smooth flow of Customer Care operations, as well as administrative duties. The Office Admin will ensure the day to day flow of Alpha Plumbing from a scheduling and inbound lead management roll. Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management and data tracking duties, with more details available. Qualified applicants would be considered driven individuals who thrive in a fast past, dynamic, team work environment.**

**Marketing, Service Titan and previous customer service experience considered an asset**
