**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance.
- Oversee the irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing garden designs and installations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of crew members.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or related field.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse group of individuals.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including irrigation systems and gardening practices.
- Ability to build effective relationships with team members and clients alike.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
