Banff, Canada Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. Full time

Our Groundskeepers keep our properties looking good and love being outdoors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and remove all litter and garbage, from exterior corridors, courtyard and sidewalks of the hotel.
- Aid with snow removal.
- Position duties will evolve and change during the seasons.
- Water and maintain flower boxes and planters.
- Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, provide lawn care.
- Maintain the safety and upkeep of guest areas in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property including the removal of snow and ice and other hazards.
- Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience
- Alberta Driver’s license (class 5) or International Driving Permit is required.
- Must be physically fit, as position requires bending and lifting.
- Self-starter that can work with mínimal supervision.
- Energetic, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and be willing to take ownership of his/her area.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
