TMS (Load Builder) Administrator **(PART TIME 12 MONTH MAT LEAVE REPLACEMENT)**

**DEPARTMENT**:
Logistics data entry/Front office

**REPORTS TO**:
DC Manager

**OVERVIEW**:
PB Distribution is a fast-paced Cold Storage Distribution centre for Grimm’s, McSweeney’s & Freybe brand products.

**OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented logistics data entry specialist on a maternity leave contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently building loads. Responsibilities include working closely with other departments such as sales, AP, freight administrator, and shipping to maintain load accuracy.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external clients
- Work independently and productively
- Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to operate with very high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Work independently and productively within broad guidelines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
