Working with our road team you will be
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Builder Business Administrator is responsible for the day to day administrative tasks for the road team.
- Ability to multi task
- Work well with a fast paced team
- Meet deadlines
- Retail Sales Support
- Invoices, quotes
- Organizational skills a must
- Customer service oriented
- Able to speak to builders
- Keep accurate records
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and think independently and establish priorities without constant direct supervision
- Expert process facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and to take accountability for decisions, actions, and results
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to work independently
Location: 19495 56 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia V3S 6K3
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
