Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Dispatcher (4–5+ years) to manage day-to-day operations, ensure on-time performance, and leverage industry contacts to help grow our book of business. You'll be the hub between drivers, customers, and vendors—problem-solving in real time and optimizing every mile.

What You'll Do


• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch routes with a focus on efficiency, cost, and compliance


• Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues and maintain top-tier service


• Track loads in real time using TMS/logistics software; adjust plans as needed


• Build and nurture client and vendor relationships to unlock new opportunities


• Analyze performance data to cut downtime and improve processes


• Uphold safety protocols and DOT regulations

What You Bring


• Experience: 4–5+ years in trucking/transport/logistics dispatch


• Customer Savvy: Confident handling inquiries, negotiations, and escalations


• Network: Active industry contacts (clients, vendors, partners) that can drive new business


• Know-How: Solid grasp of trucking ops, supply chain, and TMS tools; MS Office proficiency


• Skills: Clear communicator, calm under pressure, strong multitasker & problem-solver


• Education: High school diploma required; diploma/degree in logistics/supply chain is a plus


• Other: Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed); valid driver's license preferred
