Client Care Specialist- Pet Care

**Uberdog is a rapidly growing pet care business with locations throughout Toronto, a ranch location East of the City, and a farm location in King City. We are looking for a passionate animal-loving client care specialist to work out of our Midtown location in Leaside in Toronto. This position includes a wide range of responsibilities which directly affect the efficient operation of our facility and the happiness of our clients and canine guests.**
Our ideal client care specialist is genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to them. They are confident troubleshooting.
The target for our client care specialists is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and canine guests.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Client care specialist’s duties will include:
- Reception, clerical and telephone duties
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Schedule and confirm reservations
- Enter new client information into our software
- Checking in and out of guests
- Sending updates/pictures to clients, of their dog’s daycare or boarding experience
- Scheduling and carrying out meet and greets for potential new clients
- Invoicing and billing
- Build relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage clients
- Liaise between the various facilities to maintain communication
- Knowledge of all of the various services of Uberdog and communicating these to clients in order to meet their needs

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client care specialist
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
- Excellent reading, writing, listening and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Easily learns new software programs
- Highly reliable
