**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and product placement.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining financial integrity.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving store performance.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with store management practices, including pricing negotiations and inventory control.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the team.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and administrative responsibilities is a plus.

Pay: From $17.80 per hour
