- Manage and maintain office documents, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports in English, with the ability to translate materials into French as needed.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel and Access for data tracking and reporting.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements using Outlook.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Provide support for various administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
