**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including HSE and Document Control.
- Maintain and track incidents and corrective actions, ensuring accurate data input and quality assurance of incident reports and documentation.
- Prepare weekly reports, meeting minutes, and other documents accurately and effectively.
- Edit and process documents in Word and Excel formats, maintaining high corporate standards.
- Assist in the development of internal courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to the continuous improvement of records management standards.
- Additional duties as required.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Proficiency in Office 365 programs.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to edit documents to corporate standards.
- Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Exposure to Health and Safety, or Document Control is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil/gas or road building construction industry is considered an asset.
