Sales Manager

The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a **Sales Manager **for our **North Vancouver**, B.C. location.
With over 20 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the vehicle inventory and sales.
- Setting sales goals, tracking progress, and leading the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Coaching salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
- Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters.
- Stepping in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
- Coordinating and leading all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
- Developing and managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales.
- Maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
- Compiling regular reports for dealership management to review.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- A valid Driver’s license and VSA license.
- 3+ years of experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- The ability to lead a sales team.
