**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor and manage aged billing tasks specific to Starbucks accounts, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Compile and distribute reports detailing new store openings, ensuring sales teams are updated with timely and relevant data.
- Maintain a balanced distribution of work tasks across the sales and support teams, monitoring progress and performance.
- Support project management services in Canada, tracking deliverables, service schedules, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of sales department work tasks—from assignment to closure—ensuring completion within designated timeframes.
- Generate and maintain corrective action reports to address sales process gaps, errors, or deviations.
- Process and track access requests for internal systems and customer portals.
- Create and maintain up-to-date organizational charts reflecting changes in team structure, roles, and reporting lines.
- Support the updates to chain instructions.
- Assist in the review and validation of contracts, confirming accuracy and compliance with corporate policy.
- Schedule and support sustainment calls with stakeholders to maintain alignment on ongoing initiatives, performance metrics, and issue resolution

**EDUCATION**:
Secondary education is preferred.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Three or more years of progressive customer service experience in the Pest Management industry.

**Type of skills required**:
Fluent English and/or French; Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills

Familiarity with sales processes, account management responsibilities, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to problem-solve while delivering exceptional customer service on a larger scale

Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking ability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Able to use all related hardware and software
