**Position Overview**:
Dana SAC Canada Limited is seeking a Sales Technical Support Specialist. This is a hybrid position responsible for all aspects of the customer experience. This individual will gain excellent experience and understanding of the entire sales process by working with outside sales, and members of the internal teams to grow existing customers and create new ones while providing supply chain and logistics support. This position requires the ability to follow operations guidelines.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with internal and external activities with our products. Collecting data from the customers which assists us with the correct product selection.
- Supporting the customers requests by working with our teams around the world to ensure the requests are met in a timely manner. (pricing, quotations and follow-up)
- Enter quotations and sales orders into our ERP system.
- Build and develop relationships with our customer base.
- Performs all position responsibilities in a safe manner and in accordance with all prescribed guidelines and work instructions.
- Maintains accurate records, cleanliness, and work area organization.

**Qualification/Competencies/Position Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the bearing and power-transmission industry
- Fluent in English (French speaking would be a good asset)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with operating industrial handling equipment including, but not limited to: overhead cranes, fork trucks and strapping machines.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and inventory software
- Mechanically inclined
- 1-2 years assembly experience in manufacturing environment
- Able to lift 50-lbs and stand for approximately 95% of time.
- Electric forklift license

**Work Environment**:
Office and warehouse
