Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). This role will work a 9/80 shift (every second Friday off) and is 100% in office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception at Sherwood Park office (Managing office access, responding to visitors, shipping and receiving)
- Coordinate PO creation with leaders and processing Accounts Payable Invoices(Maximo Service Receipts);
- Provide backup general reception and administrative services at our Fort Saskatchewan facility
- Prepare, create, and distribute various reports;
- Create meeting agendas, take minutes, and action trackers, tracking actions to completion;
- Maintain Employee training records using Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating employee training;
- Provide confidential and administrative support to leader and the Area Management Team (AMT);
- Maintain District SharePoint site indexes and files;
- Execute document control and records management, maintaining the integrity of associated systems;
- Ensure managers have reviewed SSOP’s and are updated in database.
- Arrange ad hoc functions as required.
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized (work with staff and 3rd party cleaning services)

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent business diploma preferred;
- 3-5 years’ administrative experience;
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility;
- Able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred;
- Able to contribute to and thrive in a busy team environment;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic;
- Permanent residency within 100 km of the Sherwood Park office;
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract;
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks; and
- Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A testing.
