**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Media Marketing Manager to help grow and manage the online presence for artist’s online store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for telling the story behind the art through engaging digital content, running online marketing campaigns, and crafting our monthly newsletter. This is a freelance position starting with 4 to 8 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the business expands.

This is a unique opportunity to work with talented, high-profile artists in a vibrant arts sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and videos to promote artwork, build brand awareness, and grow social media following.
- Craft meaningful stories that highlight the artist's creative process and connect with the audience on a personal level.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- **Online Marketing Campaigns**:

- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the artist to design promotions and sales initiatives aligned with the brand’s creative vision.
- Develop compelling content to highlight new artworks, upcoming exhibitions, or special offers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, with a demonstrated ability to build and engage an audience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid ad campaigns, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Creativity in content creation, including writing copy and creating visuals (experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
- Proficiency with multimedia content creation, such as short videos, reels, and GIFs, for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to assess performance and inform strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine passion for art and storytelling, with the ability to connect the audience to the deeper meaning behind each piece.

**Compensation**:
