**Role summary**:
In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be joining a world-class Marketing & Communications team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.
This position is full-time, on-site at our Dartmouth, NS location. Currently, the working hours for this role are between 8am and 5pm however, from time-to-time after-work hours will be required. As our company evolves, working arrangements, locations, and hours may change to meet business needs.
**Responsibilities include**:Website and Social Media Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management and updates of the NOVONIX website and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies, including paid, to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for SEO.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Google AdWords Management:

- Develop, execute, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

**Digital Analytics**:

- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to inform and improve marketing strategies.

**Press Release and Disclosure Support**:

- Collaborate with the team to support the distribution of press releases and disclosures.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of press releases and disclosures on the website and social media channels.

Agency Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact with NOVONIX’s Digital Agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, campaign budgets, and communications with the agency to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns

**General Marketing Team Support**:

- Support the marketing and communications team with key projects, campaigns, events, and other deliverables as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in website management, SEO, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
