**Responsibilities**:

- Working cross-functionally to devise and implement marketing campaigns
- Collecting data on marketing campaigns
- Assist the Director of Marketing on planning and implementing marketing campaigns on various platforms (internally and customer facing)
- Ensuring all information on social media is up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting in the creation of digital materials/assets
- Overseeing customer facing communication for national platforms
- Ensuring ongoing communication with management and other department leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals
- Support the execution of advertising and promotional activities
- Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
- Coordinate product management activities, including product launches and updates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree or College Diploma
- 2+ years experience in a digital marketing space
- Certificate in the following field(s) is an asset, Social Media, Creative Design, Graphic Design or Digital Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Certificate in the following field(s) is an asset, Social Media, Creative Design, Graphic Design or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
