**Location**: In-office (with occasional remote/flex time as needeed)
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (some evenings/weekends as needed)

Are you ready to join a team where your ideas matter and your energy drives growth? Digital nGenuity is looking for a dynamic Sales & Solutions Associate to help us build lasting client relationships, drive revenue, and champion creative marketing initiatives

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Collaborate & Connect**: Work closely with our Sales & Solutions Team, Leadership, and Service Delivery to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- **Marketing Magic**: Support and execute monthly/quarterly marketing campaigns (think Breach Secure Now, VoIP, and more) to upsell services and boost recurring revenue.
- **Client Champion**: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and swiftly resolve any issues—your people skills will shine
- **Lead the Charge**: Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and keep our CRM (Autotask) up-to-date.
- **Growth Driver**: Achieve (or exceed) sales targets and metrics, always looking for new business opportunities.
- **Process Innovator**: Help develop and improve sales processes, tools, and training programs—your ideas can shape how we work.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Stay current on the latest tech, maintain positive vendor relationships, and support contract negotiations.
- **Team Player**: Support inventory management, recognize “above and beyond” efforts, and help keep our Solutions area running smoothly.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience in Sales, Solutions, and/or Marketing Initiatives** (bonus points for IT or tech industry experience)
- **Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
