**What you’ll deliver**:

- Utilize dealership call scripts for all inbound and outbound service calls.
- Update the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
- Communicate with the management team relative any potential customers issues or problems.
- Coordinate leads through AutoAlert
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a dealership environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Must have AutoAlert experience.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, reliable, courteous
