The Group operates 18 factories and two distribution centers in nine countries, and currently sells to over 100 countries around the world, maintaining sales offices in the majority of these markets. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking dedicated, results-driven employees to join our team and grow with us. Job Overview:Coordinates outgoing shipments and arranges for shipment of customer orders. Arranges warehousing and transportation of products to customers. May investigate and respond to inquiries regarding distribution and shipping. Acts as a back-up coverage for the Lead Receiver.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced work environment;Handles all documentation required for shipping product e.g. Customs documents, Bill of Ladings, Packing lists.Printing of shipping and ASN labels required for various customersSending ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notifications)Use of RF scanning devices when requiredBooking carrier appointments for pickupUpdates calendar for shipment each weekCommunicates and coordinates with Customer Service on a regular basisConfer with management, vendors or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. Attend various operations meetings and offer updates related to orders ship date, stock shortages and shipments delays.Shop lowest freight rate for prepaid shipmentsProcesses receiving paperwork according to work instructions, including data entry as required.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor or management.Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors. Company Benefits:Permanent Full-Time employees are eligible for benefits after completion of 3 months (Health & Dental, Extended Health, Life Insurance, AD&D, Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistant Program)Safety Shoe, insole and safety glasses reimbursements offeredKeter embraces diversity and equal opportunity.
