Forklift Operator

$25 an hour to start, $28.50 after probation. We have a full time forklift operator position to fill. We are a lumber distribution company that also remanufactures a portion of our lumber. The forklift position consist of loading and unloading trucks, loading of containers for export shipments, and supplying machine centers with material to run. Tasks are divided up and specified by area of work. This position requires the use of a 15,000lb machine. If you have less than 2 years experience on a sit down counter balance forklift please do not apply. Applicants with warehouse stand up lift truck experience will not be considered.

Job Duties:

- Load and unload trucks
- Move and stack materials
- Rotate floor stock
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
- Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
- Perform proper forklift inspection, minor servicing and repairs as necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
