Precast Concrete Worker

Are you ready to get your hands dirty and make concrete magic happen? We're looking for a Junior Precast Concrete Worker to join our team and bring enthusiasm and skill to our production floor. If you have a knack for bending cables just right and love the satisfaction of pouring and finishing concrete, this might be the perfect role for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Expertise in cable bending techniques with precise projection. Ability to set up common standard products ensuring all specifications are met.
- Proficient in all aspects of concrete pouring, finishing, leveling, and floating using tools such as magnesium trowels and floats.
- Capable of basic product stripping (excluding risers and collars) post-concrete curing.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products, monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process, and prepare detailed reports as required.
- Competent in operating all necessary mobile equipment essential to the role, including but not limited to forklifts up to 15,000 lbs. Ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and work from relevant standard shop drawings to ensure accurate production and assembly of modified standard products.
- Assist in the manufacturing of modified standard products, adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.
- Basic math skills
- Proven experience in concrete production and fabrication.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in concrete work and production processes.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.71-$30.17 per hour
