Parts Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Take dealer and consumer parts calls and inquiries.
- Process incoming parts orders from the internet, phone calls or fax orders.
- Receive all incoming product via truck load, container load and courier shipments.
- Ship out parts orders.
- Get quotes from freight companies to unsure best pricing.
- Process warranty claims, track claims, missing part claims.
- Keep on top of parts inventory by submitting orders to our suppliers.
- Inventory cycle counts.
- Assist assembly staff in locating parts needed for builds.
- Organize and put away all incoming parts.
- General items like schedule delivery trucks for oil changes, inspections, forklift maintenance.

Qualifications (not in any order)
- Customer service experience.
- Inventory count experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Computer experience.
- Willingness to work and get the job done.
- Ability to catch on quickly. Resourceful in looking for answers, internet portals, parts books, drawings etc.
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment parts is preferred.

Person has to be someone who is flexible and willing to take on new projects and responsibilities.
