**Namao Mighty Learners is an Early Learning & Child Care Center. We are looking for a nurturing and warm Early Childhood Educator to join our team.**

We are looking for one **Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator** for our Pre-K Room, ages 3-5 years. This is a permanent full-time position starting immediately.
- **Your role as an educator**:_
- Be well-informed of Early Learning and Child Care Regulations and AHS regulations
- Create and maintain a warm and healthy environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
- Provide responsive care to all children through daily care giving routines and curriculum plans based on the interests and needs of the individual child and the group.
- Educator must demonstrate cultural competency and respect for the child’s background by incorporating the cultural, linguistic, and family values into the program.
- Document children’s learning, conduct observations and developmental assessments, maintain curriculum plans and all forms related to children
- Participate in ongoing development and evaluation of the center’s goals and objectives
- Complete daily health checks and sanitize/clean for the safety and well-being of the children.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_
Minimum 2-years of experience working in the child care field,
Experience working with children ages 3-5 years
Food Safe and Handling Course is an asset
First AID/Level B CPR required; educator must be willing to renew certificate if expired
- We are looking for an educator that is passionate about working with young children_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
