We are now seeking a **Level 2 Early Childhood Educator** to join our growing team and help us create a nurturing, high-quality environment that fosters development and wonder.

**Position Overview**:
The Level 2 ECE will play a key role in supporting curriculum planning, leading classroom activities, and mentoring Level 1 educators. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their skills in a collaborative and positive setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
- Foster children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain accurate records and observations of child progress
- Support junior educators and collaborate with Director and staff
- Build open, positive relationships with families and guardians

**Qualifications**:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Knowledge of Flight Framework and best practices in early learning
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
