The Village Veterinary Group proudly operates six growing small animal hospitals within HRM. We have several Hospital Managers who work together to collaborate, share experiences, generate ideas and support one another whenever needed and we are looking to add another. Our facilities include: Eastern Passage Village Veterinary Hospital, East Hants Animal Hospital, Bedford Parks Animal Hospital, North End Animal Hospital, Chester Basin Animal Hospital and Uniacke Lakes Animal Hospital. At our hospitals, we strive to provide customer service we are proud of and treat our clients like family. **Position Details**:
This full-time position will require working alongside a team of Hospital Managers and overseeing the operations of a veterinary hospital.
- Some of the day to day will include:_
- All aspects of human resources; check ins, talent acquisition, onboarding and overall performance
- Overseeing the facility
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and responding to customer questions and concerns
- Operational flow
- Inventory control and oversight
- Participating in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly strategic planning sessions
- Enhancing and maintaining the best workplace culture possible
- Reporting on key metrics/data
- Equipment and software functioning properly

**General Information**:
**Salary**: 55,000 - 70,000/year

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
