Bakery Manager

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily bakery operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety are met.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bakery staff to foster professional development and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Develop new recipes and product offerings to enhance the menu and attract customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the bakery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and hospitality.

- Proficient in food preparation techniques within a bakery or restaurant environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
