**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that stimulate children’s intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication about their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Valid Alberta ECE Level 2 or 3 certification.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police Clearance Check with vulnerable sector search is required.

**Salary and Benefits**
- ECE Level 2: $17.00-$18.00 per hour (plus Government Top-up)
- ECE Level 3: $19.00-$20.00 per hour (plus Government Top-up)
- Hourly Wages based on experience
- Benefits provided within the first six months of employment.

**Job Type**
- Full-time
