As Wuxly continues its growth as a leading Canadian outerwear brand, we are searching for a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Manager, to seek out, coordinate, and execute all direct-to-consumer and business-to-business events and tradeshows. You will own the events schedule in its entirety, from planning to onsite execution, and will be a key player in the continued growth of Wuxly as an outerwear brand for all seasons.

This position is a full-time permanent position. In-person attendance, and onsite event execution is a requirement of the role.
**Location**: Wuxly warehouse + offices, located at 1680 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga, as well as various events throughout North America.

**What You’ll Get Up To**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and themes that align with our brand values and support our strategies for growth.
- Research and identify direct to consumer events that support our strategies for growth.
- Lead briefing and debriefing meetings with all stakeholders prior to, and shortly after all events attended. Provide high level reports on all metrics available from these events.
- Lead all logístical coordination around events and tradeshows participation, with the support of Wuxly’s Operations team
- Lead the planning for staffing of all events and tradeshows, with the support of Wuxly’s People team
- Oversee all live aspects of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
- Use data insights to inform future event strategies and decision-making.

**Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For**:

- 1 or more years in working in live events or tradeshows role, with a sales focus.
- Skilled and passionate about in-person, direct to consumer selling.
- Able to work weekends as needed.
- Valid passport for travel as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accountability.
- Valid drivers license and consistent access to a vehicle.
